Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
